Greetings to Everyone:

Our summer has certainly started early this year with a wonderful Victoria Holiday Weekend.  I know our granddaughters were in the lake every day of the weekend enjoying swimming, tubing and just having a wonderful time.

We are planning our Brandy Lake Annual Social for Saturday, July 28^th at the cottage of Danuta and Bruce Erskine.  I am sure if you attended last year you will remember what a wonderful event it was.  Danuta and Bruce are wonderful hosts and have again offered their beautiful cottage for our annual event.  This year we are planning to have a Silent Auction with the proceeds going to “Reach for the Rainbow” a wonderful charity serving children and young adults with developmental and physical disabilities from across Ontario.  The Executive Director of “Reach for the Rainbow” is Donna Trella a long time cottager on Brandy Lake.  If you wish more information please check their website at info@reachfortherainbow.ca                             .

We are looking for prizes for the Silent Auction.  If you have any service or gifts you are willing to donate, please contact me at 705 764-8037 or 647 229-6411.  We hope to make this one of the BLA’s best socials.  Information about the location and times will be sent out by email with the AGM material.
