Join the MLA for the second seminar of the season this Saturday, July 13, 2013 at the Bala Community Center at 10:00 am.
A local business individual will discuss low maintenance plants, naturalization, wildlife resistant plants and erosion control as these seem to be on the hot topic list for cottagers. This seminar will address easy solutions for :
1. Erosion control/ground covers
2. Native / Hardy shrubs for privacy, objectionable view screening, landscape interest
3. Plants which deer typically walk past (note we didn’t say deer proof!)
4. A word aboutplanting preparation and after care
To reserve contact the MLA at (705) 765-5723 or info@mla.on.ca. MLA members are free and a $10.00 fee per person for non-members will apply.
Whow , went to the presentation!! Well done and worth the $10!
