Apparently..the challenge was ..engineering the correct floatation and angle at rest yet buoyant enough not drop quickly when the dog stepped on.
You don’t want the ramp top. ..fixed so it rests underwater as slime would accumulate on the walking surface making it slippery.
I assume it is removable for the winter as the ice movement would rip it off.
Nice job…Brandy Lake cottager talent. Who else has unique innovation.

I have had my bay filled with sawdust…picked up floating beer can boats. Lumber with nail or screws sticking out..?????
Cottagers at the far west end are constantly picking up floating garbage.

Well ..hello…lets get going again..check you docks…one is floating in …Launch Bay…and one in Falkenberg Bay…..they will soon be heading for the bridge…
Water seems to have reached its peak around April 3, 2020 and is on its way down from flood levels..

I’m told there is a dock with ramp on top floating around Sunset Bay….best to grab it before ice sets in..being hit by a snowmobile might not be good..
