At the eastern tip of Brandy Lake in the Filman, Durkee, Newton, Fisher, Biancolin, McLeod bay, a large tree branch snapped off and fell in the water yesterday (Monday). Branches fell in the water and some have floated up on shore but some also remain in the water.
Today (Tuesday) the rest of the tree has snapped and fallen into the water between the Biancolin and McLeod property. The bulk of the trunk remains on land but the branches and leaves are in the water. Please be aware and careful if you are boating in this area. We cannot see any large debris in the water with naked eyes and it was far too windy to approach in the boat today.
